Coming together as one
The time has come – a step we have been looking forward to for a long time: Since July 1, 2025, we and ByK Bayern Kabel have finally come together. The merger is complete, and Bayernkabel is being fully integrated into Kabel Sterner GmbH.
To be honest, this step feels less like an acquisition to us and more like the natural merging of two companies that have been working hand in hand for over ten years. What began as a cooperation is now becoming a true entity.
